He is survived by: his children, Rodney Wayne and Cynthia Jo; his wife Ardyus; his children, Rod Blickenstaff of Smith Center, Cindy Ratliff (Warren) of Glade Kansas and Carla Aduddell (Rod Cassida) of Camdenton, MO.; and his grandchildren, Brandy Shelton (Ratliff), Tony Blickenstaff (Nikki), Amber (Ratliff), Gower (James), Angie (Blickenstaff), Hahn (Travis), Edward Aduddell (Stevie Giancola), Jaret, Kale, Cole, AJ, Mason, Jayten, Ayden, Ainsley Blickenstaff, Clint, Peyton, Cooper Gower, Coryn, Ashlyn, Haden Hahn, Baely Hansen, Kyrian, Pyper, Jacey, Briella and Briggs Rothove. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
