He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph T. Kramer and Millie Kramer (Byrd); his siblings, Marcele Harry, Maxine Bower, George Henry and Donald Kramer; and his son-in-law Larry LaDow.
He is survived by: his wife Velda Shields; his daughters, Linda Pletcher (Dennis) of Portis, Debra Silsby (Curtis) of Smith Center and Patricia Kramer of Smith Center; his grandchildren, Dan Pletcher (Julie), Trisha Wiehl (Steve) and Ryan LaDow; his great grandchildren, Logan, Briley Pletcher, Dane Coleclasure, Spencer, Kamryn, Cooper Wiehl, Sadie and Jade LaDow; and his sister-in-law Sandra Kramer of Washington, KS..
Memorials may be given to Hospice Services of Smith County and can be sent in care of the funeral chapel.
