She is survived by: her sister Connie Rice (Doug) of Smith Center; her sister-in-law Judy Marie Everett (Jerry) of Smith Center; and her nieces and nephews, Lori Climpson (Bob) of Broken Arrow, OK, Richard Everett (Natalie) of Hastings, NE, Kelly Flint of Meriden, KS and Tina Hachem (Fouad) of Terre Haute, IN.

Memorials may be given to the Diabetes Association and can be sent in care of All Faiths Funeral Chapel, 113 S. Madison St., Smith Center, KS 66967.
