She was predeceased by: her parents, John Panter and Ora Panter (Hudson); her siblings, Floyd Dean and Shirley; her sister-in-law Delores Panter; her niece Denise; her son-in-law Lee Johnson; and her stepson Doug Kirchhoff.
She is survived by: her husband Lovelle; her brother Fred Panter (Osborne); her daughters, Donna Johnson and Dixie Smith (Craig); her stepchildren, Kim Rietzke (Vince) and Todd Kirchhoff (Chris); her grandchildren, Misti, Kelli, Jennifer, Bethany, Connor, Kendra and Taylor; and her stepgrandchildren, Jess, Cade, Blake and Brittany. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and 9 step great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rentschler Family Mortuaries Simmons-Rentschler Mortuary (116 W 1st St, Smith Center, KS 66967). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church - Athol (20012 J Rd, Athol, KS 66932).
