He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Smith; his son Richard Kaye; his wife Pamela Lyon; his sons, Rick Crissman (Lana) of Gilbert, Shannon Crissman of Phoenix and Ryan Crissman of Tempe; his daughter-in-law Holly Crissman of Tempe; and his stepchildren, Shane Lyon of Smith Center, Jennifer Rundle (Tim) of Ottawa, Travis Lyon (April) of Clay Center, Shawna Davis (Joel) of Hays and Blake Lyon of Hays Kansas. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
