He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrnah Ratliff and Eldon Ratliff; his brothers, Jerry Ratliff and Alvin Ratliff; his uncle Burnell Goll (Bum); his sister-in-law Dianne Spindler; his son-in-law Greg Hayes; his nephew Randall Ratliff; and his grandchildren, Austin Crystal, Nick Shaffer, Blayke and Olivia Stupka.
He is survived by: his wife Delores; his children, Tina Hayes, Ronald Crystal (Kristi), Dawn Crystal (Dave Clouse), Misty Stupka (Todd) and Heath Michael (Megan); his grandchildren, John Stegmaier (Jaime), Candace Coon (Lance), Stephen Hayes, Kellan Stupka, Erinn Crystal, Addison Stupka, Amaya Michael, Isaiah Michael, Miles Krom, Ami Stupka, Piper Krom and Christopher Stupka (Man Baby); his great grandchildren, Gabriel Coon, Austin Stegmaier, Cameron Stegmaier, Jonathen Coon, Elena Coon, Ronan Coon, Hadley Shaffer and Thurstin Coon; his siblings, Sandra Kuhlman (Steve) and Allen Ratliff (Twila); his uncle Lawrence Goll (Kay); and his sister-in-law Debora Dick (John).
Memorials may be given to Kensington American Legion and/or Kensington Community Grocery Store and can be sent in care of the funeral chapel.
