She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Raymond and Helen M. Weese (Smose); her son Johnny Rodgers; her sisters, June Ann Weese and Dixie Cox; and her grandson Trenton Nixon.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Nixon of Smith Center, Jody Nixon (Vicky) of Salina, Timmy Nixon (Connie) of Smith Center and Darren Nixon (Jo) of Smith Center; her brother-in-law Jack Cox; and her grandchildren, Coleshe Wolfe, Brit Nixon, Jason Nixon, Mikayla Nixon Hall, Cyntila Nixon, Skyler Douglas and Alicia Lindberg. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society and can be sent in care of the funeral chapel.
