He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Delaney Neary Sr. and Helen Radell Neary. He is survived by: his children, William "Bill" Delaney Neary III (Andrea) and Julie Brewster (Jason); and his grandchildren, Luke, Ethan, Jack, Alana, Arin, Allison, Jase and Rygh.
