He was predeceased by: his parents, Matilda "Tillie" Haverkamp (Holthaus) and Lawrence Haverkamp; his grandson Jake Haverkamp; and his brother Cletus Haverkamp. He is survived by: his former wife Kathryn Woolsoncroft; his wife Rita Moore; his daughters, Deandra Haverkamp of Lenore, ID, Monica Haverkamp of Lawrence, KS, Jenny Robinson of Fort Collins, CO, Sarah Haverkamp of Peck, ID and Rachel Adkins of Orofino, ID; his stepson Bill Amyx of Topeka, KS; and his siblings, Larry Haverkamp of Berryton, KS, Armella Freeman of Rock Springs, WY, Rosalyn Hermesch of Seneca, KS and Connie Koelzer of Herington, KS.
