He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Annette" Diggs; his daughter Jennifer Jo Diggs; his parents, JoAnn Diggs (Nikas) and Murrell Diggs; and his brother Robert Diggs.
He is survived by: his brother Mickey Diggs of Topeka, KS; and his children, Denise Griffin (Blake), Lisa Eisenhauer (Larry), Brian (Michelle), Shelbie Mcpherson, Ronnie Mcpherson (Brandy), Maria Bosch (Robert) and Silver. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
