He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie S. Case and Carrie E. Case (Perkins); and his siblings, L. Wilbur Case, Lillian "Peggy" Myers, Anne Cox and Helen Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Lois; his daughters, Jennifer Hicks (Case) and Donna Bowman (Case); and his sister Mary Green. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
