He is survived by: his wife Linda Cain (Eubank); his daughter Michelle; his grandchildren, Parker and Victoria; his siblings, John David Cain, William Cain and Annabelle Gerber (David); his nieces, Alison Snell and Hannah Kidd; and his nephew Evan Cain.
