He is survived by: his former spouse Rene Tate; his spouse Kim Burt; his siblings, Victor Webb (Denise), Wanda Wilkes Cheterria Williams (Carl), Mary Webb, Deborah Stephens (Charles) and Kathleene Gabriel (Kevin); and his sisters-in-law, Louvenia (Jim) and Sharon (Harvey). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
