He was predeceased by: his siblings, Clarence, Donald, Ralph, Ethel (Balke), Mabel (Dobbles-Fry) and Betty (Cox); and his son-in-law Mark Puhak.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Boehm (DeLeersnyder) of Virginia; and his children, Gary, Jerry (Jean), Debbie Puhak and Barbara Stephens (Randy). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
