He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Allen and Mary Allen (Connell); and his brothers, Stephen and Michael Allen. He is survived by: his wife Sue Allen; his daughters, Megan Oetting (Chris), Carey Cumper (Gary) and Kate Allen; his grandson Luke Cumper; and his siblings, Jim Allen (Julie), Jerry Allen, Kathleen Chirpich (Tom) and Margaret Allen McFarllin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
