She is survived by: her husband Jeffry D. Hughes; her son Shannon R. Heath; her stepchildren, Russell Hughes (Anita), Lori Walter (Chris), Lisa Smith and Leanne Hughes; and her sisters, Judith Smith, Kathy Cochran and Brenda Cochran. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
