He is survived by: his children, Howard, Helen, Josephine, Frances and Walter; his wife Wilma; his stepdaughter Cecilia Clingenpeel; and his sisters, Josephine Burnett (Charles) and Frances Brown (Thomas). He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
