He is survived by: his children, Jenny Nugent (Brett) of Kansas City, Jill Pursley of Kansas City, Lisa Cline and Randy Larkin of Leavenworth; his grandchildren, Tyler, Alex, Dalton, Megan, Dylan, Morgan, Ryan, Talon and Logan; his brothers, Terry Smith (Linda) and Jeff Smith (Connie); his parents, Radford Smith of Leavenworth and Betty Smith of Leavenworth; his brother James Philip Slack; and his spouse Betty Smith (Logan).
