He was predeceased by: his children, John Andre and LeAnne Andre; and his siblings, Harold Andre and Bonnie Nitz. He is survived by: his daughter Tracy Smith; his grandchildren, Cassidy Doran, Jenna Doran, Janelle Andre, Charlie Smith and Sarah Smith; and his wife Mary Lou.
