He is survived by: his parents, Robert Bohlken and Mary Bohlken (Riley); his wife Kelly Bohlken; his children, Faith (Cameron Nutt) and Alex Bohlken; his sister Katy Gumm (Ed); his brother-in-law Todd Ribbing; his nephews, Bobby (Merlin) and Brandon Gumm (Abbie); and also, Henry and Judy Ribbing.
