He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Lewelling and Abby Irene Stewart (McCabe); his wife Dorothy Cleo Blake; his daughter Ann Gilbert; his daughters-in-law, Sue Myers and Connie Myers; and his siblings, Rolland, Mack, Lorene Bittenbender, Evelyn LeMere, Juanita Couch, Paula Crumley, Zelma Christian and Betty Dillon.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Myers of Hartford and Jon Stewart (Christi) of Lake Quivira, Kansas..
