He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Davis and Leona Davis (Green); his sons, Corkey W. Davis and William H. Davis; and his siblings, Sharon Davis, Patricia Davis, Melvin Davis, Marvin Davis and Sammy Brooks.
He is survived by: his wife Frankie Jo; his children, Norma Harris, Nora Davis-Wright (Courtney Wright), Naomi Davis (William Lawrence), Willard H. Davis, Jr., Wallace H. Davis, Warren H. Davis, Waland H. Davis, Wendell H. Davis and Frankie Joe Davis; and his daughter-in-law Kelly Davis. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren.
