He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter John Eck and Mary Eck (Ast); his siblings, Mildred Laudick, Dorothy Dick, Pauline Eck, Ed Eck, Vernon Eck and Leo Eck; his grandsons, Jason Eck and Brett Bowman; and his daughter-in-law Shelley Jo Eck.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Eck (Scripsick); his children, Jeanette Gates (Dan) of Wichita, KS, Glen Eck (Sandy) of Edmond, OK, Kay Jean Bowman (Gerald) of Pratt, KS, Alan Eck (Renee), Melvin Eck of Edmond, OK, Roger Eck (Lynne) of Larned, KS, Daryl Eck (Margie) of Sharon, KS, Dean Eck (Kelli) of Sharon, KS, Colleen Kerschen (Greg) of Cunningham, KS and Doug Eck (Shelley) of Colwich, KS; and his sister Lucille Laudick of Ardmore, OK..
