He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon K. Schurr; his son Dennis M. Schurr; and his brother Donald Schurr. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Schurr and Kerry Schurr; his grandsons, Andrew and Corey; and his brother Jerry Schurr. He is also survived by many other extended family and close friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to the church or Shriner's Hospital for Children in his name.
