He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Lawrence Schiff and Maxine Schiff (Martin); and his wife Verla Jean Schiff (DeLano). He is survived by: his children, Stephen Alan Clark (Jean), Gina Lynn Leiker (Steve), Martina Mariea McBride (John) and Daryl Martin Schiff II (Janelle); and his sister Morea Marlene Bradley (Phil). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Larrison Funeral Home (120 E Lincoln Ave, Medicine Lodge, KS 67104). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Christian Church (300 S Main St, Medicine Lodge, KS 67104).

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in care of the funeral home.
