He was predeceased by: his parents, Vicky Diane Inslee (Ruff) and Everett Joe Inslee; and his grandparents, Dale, Zelma Inslee (Rucker), John and Margaret Ruff (Bieberstein).
He is survived by: his children, Josh Richmeier, Sarah Newberry (Derek), Michael Inslee of Enid, OK and Brandon Inslee; his grandchildren, Julia Richmeier, Tristan, Laura, Axl, Colt Richmeier, Calli Newberry and Brekah Newberry; his sisters, Tammy Fincher (Ken) of Boyd, TX and Kathy Roth (John); his nephew Jeremy Fincher of Boyd, TX; and his nieces, Stephanie Dvorak (Jeff), Jacquelyn Wilson (Sean), San and Jourdan Roth.
