He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Poe of Sharon Springs; his sister Minnie Mae Gardner of Denver; and his children, Edward Poe (Valerie) of Sharon Springs, Kenneth Poe (Becky) of Sharon Springs and Linda See (Greg) of Leoti. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
