He is survived by: his daughter Nichole (Alex); his grandchildren, Audrey and Colton; and his siblings, James Kohake of Seneca, Patrick Kohake of Topeka, Gerard Kohake of Topeka, Jane Kreimer of Raleigh, Kris Haverkamp of Fairview and Linda Kohake of Seneca.
