It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy R. Bell (Seneca, Kansas), born in Goff, Kansas, who passed away on January 1, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Everton A. Bell and Iva Hulda Bell (Bariess); his daughter Cynthia Sue Bell; his siblings, Lawrence, Noble, Alvin Bell and Opal Adams; and his great grandchild Jared Peery.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Irene Richard; his children, Ricky Bell (Karen) of Cameron, MO and Janet Stallbaumer (Jerry) of Seneca, KS; and his brothers, Earl Bell (Elsie) of Seneca, KS and Gary Bell (Carolyn) of Holton, KS. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
