She is survived by: her sons, David Stephens (Carol) of Springdale, Brian Stephens (Ruth) of Olathe and Donald Stephens (Pamela) of Onaga, Kansas; and her siblings, Virginia Cook of Parson, Kansas and Edward Sourk (Helen) of Hiawatha, Kansas. She is also survived by her five grandchildren; and her twelve great-grandchildren.
