He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Winkler and Philomena Winkler (Kongs); his parents-in-law, Edwin and Elizabeth Haverkamp; his son Stephen E Winkler (Steve); his siblings, Linus (Lucille Winkler), Albert (Ellen Winkler), Marvin Winkler and Eleanor; and his brother-in-law Raymond Hermesch.
He is survived by: his wife Eunice Haverkamp; his children, LeRoy (Roy), Paul (Mary Winkler), Marlene (Peter Sisson) and James Winkler (Jim); his grandchildren, Leah Crane (Dayle), Haley Casto (Kreig), Renee Stallbaumer (Tim), Ashley Nordhus (Brad), Lee Winkler (Jade), Stephen J. Winkler, Shayla Russo (Nick), Jenae Wysong (Keith), Heidi Leenerts (Caleb), Matt Winkler (Victoria), Angela Nelson (Alex), Adam Winkler and Abby Winkler; his great grandchildren, Braeden, Keilee, Keira Casto, Aidan, Ronan Crane, Saige, Westin, Eden, Nox Stallbaumer, Camden, Keenan Nordhus, Liam, Josie, Lane Winkler, River Leenerts, Daisy Nelson, Maren Wysong, Babygirl Leenerts and Babygirl Nelson; and his sister-in-law Theresa Marie Winkler. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, godchildren, and other special friends.
