He is survived by: his children, Jane Kreimer (Don) of Raleigh, Tom Kohake of Seneca, James Kohake (Carol) of Seneca, Patrick Kohake of Topeka, Kris Haverkamp (Don) of Fairview, Gerard Kohake of Topeka and Linda Kohake of Seneca. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
