He is survived by: his wife Alice Kuckelman; his children, Donna Kohake (John) of Broken Arrow, Brad Hammes (Glenda) of Baileyville and Sharon Stallbaumer (Joe) of Leawood; his siblings, Alvin of Seneca, Galen of Seneca, Leo of Seneca, Larry of Topeka, Bernice Heiman of Baileyville, Mary Rose Feuerborn of Richmond and Jeanette Becker of Seneca; his grandchildren, Shannon Johnson (Michael) of Norman, Morgan Kohake of Broken Arrow, Eric, Nicole, Kaitlyn Hammes of Baileyville, Jack, Charlie and Ella Stallbaumer of Leawood; and his great grandchild Brielle Johnson.
