She is survived by: her children, Dr. Donald Altenhofen of Lincoln, NE and Marilyn Dongilli (Paul) of Lincoln, NE; her grandchildren, Sophia Dongilli (Joseph Dougherty) of Omaha, NE and Dominic Dongilli of Iowa City, IA; and her sister Antoinette Hermesch of San Antonio, TX..
