He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Nordhus and Josephine Waller Nordhus; his daughters, Jane Nordhus and Julie Glissman; his grandson Jason Nolte; his son-in-law Christopher Ashcraft; and his siblings, Margaret Stallbaumer, Sylvester Nordhus, Rita Keith, Mary Macke and Theresa Heiman.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Haug; and his children, Bob Nordhus (Sheryl) of Seneca, Mary Lynn Stephens (Arland) of Norwich, Diane Schultejans (Jim) of Corning, Debra Hermesch (Sam) of Seneca, Bill Nordhus of Seneca, Kathleen Nolte (Bob) of Seneca, John Nordhus (Barb) of Seneca, Tom Nordhus (Melissa) of Commerce City, Jerry Nordhus (Karen) of Bern and Sharon Shumaker (David) of Wetmore. He is also survived by 39 grandchildren; and 53 great-grandchildren.
