He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Andrew and Shirlie Lee Eisenbarth Johnson; his grandparents, Edmund, Naomi Eisenbarth, James and Viola Johnson; and his brother-in-law Brian Holley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jolene Holley of Ponca City, Lisa Flowers (Tom) of Winfield and Ray Johnson (Tracy) of Rosehill. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
