She was predeceased by: her parents, John O. Bentsen and Leona Cohorst Bentsen; and her brother John Leon Bentsen. She is survived by: her siblings, Gerald Bentsen (Ontario) of Oshawa and Patricia "Peg" Bentsen of Seneca; and her stepsiblings, Allan Kramer of Leavenworth, KS and Kathy Warren of Lincoln, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
