It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Lee Goins of Seneca, Kansas, who passed away on March 2, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donna Lee Goins to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Alvin "Hap" and Vera Mae Sugden (Brugman); her husband Lloyde; and her sister Arlene Mae Tackett. She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Mock (Clyde) of Topeka and Candy Schmits (Gene) of Seneca; her grandchildren, Brice Schmits (Amanda) of Wichita, Jason Schmits (Amber Lord) of Lawrence and Shelly Smith (Brent) of Seneca; and her great grandchildren, Liam Schmits, Evelyn Schmits and Lenora Smith.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Calendar Axtell-Landreth Funeral Home (205 4th St, Axtell, KS 66403). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Calendar Axtell United Methodist Church (505 Prairie St, Axtell, KS 66403). A burial will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at the Rose Hill Cemetery.
