He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Clyde and Laura Velma Pelton Farwell; and his siblings, Lavinna Thiemann, Margaret Korber, Horace "Stub" Farwell, Laura Meier, Jennie Boehmer, Alberta Koester, Ida Kanel Gilbert and Roy Farwell.
He is survived by: his spouse Loree Marjorie Hess; his children, Rex Farwell (Deb) of Seneca, Terry Farwell (Nanette) of Seneca, Mark Farwell (Sandy) of Seneca, Rita Grose (LaVern) of Bern and Ronda Haverkamp (Alan) of Bern; and his brother Richard Farwell of DuBois, NE. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren.
