She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Earl Bailey and Ida Young Bailey; her husband W. A. "Bud" Rogers; her siblings, Mildred Brown, Melvin, Virgil "Bill", Clifford, Donald, Ernest "Buzz" and Elzy Ray Bailey; and her grandsons, Roger Emigh and Tate Roy Rogers.
She is survived by: her sister Millie; her children, Shirley Emigh (Gary), Roy Rogers (Debra) and Terry Rogers (Sue); and her brothers, Durward Bailey (Dode) and Sam Bailey Young. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
