He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Zadoc and Clyda Belle Emigh (Shaw); his son Roger Emigh; and his sister Joan Emigh. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Emigh of Selden, KS; his children, Russ Emigh of Selden, KS, Kyle Emigh of Selden, KS and Lori Miller (Mark) of Selden, KS; and his sister Judy Rentschler (LaVern) of Smith Center, KS. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.
