He is survived by: his wife Peggy Illene Cutting; his children, Patrick Baxter (Renetta), Jana Smith (Terry) and Lu Siemens (Dave); his grandchildren, Brody Baxter, Baylie Goetz (Matt), Erika Anderson (Brian), Ty Smith (Angie), Jenna Wellman (Jesse) and MeKial Bliss (Kem); his great grandchildren, Elsie, Simon Goetz, Dalyn (Jenna), Hadyn, Westyn Anderson, Kayle, Harper Smith and Mason Wellman; and his siblings, Donita Boerger and Dean Baxter (Shirley).
