She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Lechner and Patsy Lechner (Marks). She is survived by: her husband Earl Schroeder; her children, Mia Wright, Tara Brown, Aron Schroeder and Eric Zerger; and her siblings, David, Mark, Mike Lechner, Connie Boatwright and Dana Lechner. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.

A memorial has been established for "The Meeting House", 507 N. Commercial Ave, Sedgwick, Kansas 67135.
