He is survived by: his wife Debra Kay Taylor; his children, Kevin, Sheila, Meredith, Lachelle Lavenant (Lance) of Wichita, KS and Christopher Rumford of Parsons, KS; and his brothers, Monty Canfield, Greg Galemore (Julie) and Mark Galemore (Kathy). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
