It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Charles Payne of Sedan, Kansas, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Edward Payne and Virginia Wanda Morgan Payne; his wife Sharon Cloud Payne; his daughters, Kelley Kaiser and Cindy Neath (Jim Neath); his granddaughters, Lyndsay McDowell, Zach of Bellevue, Sophie Bowman (Spencer) of Overland Park, Rhiannon Neath and Madelyn Neath; and his great grandchildren, Ayden, Macy, Elyse and Asher McDowell.
Memorial contributions in Tom's name made be made to Harry Hynes Hospice and those remembrances may be left in care of the Dickens Family Funeral Home, 209 N. Douglas, Sedan, Kansas 67361.
