He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Ballentine (Richard) and Dustin Johnson (Brittany); his grandchildren, Emma of Springfield, Missouri, Addilyn Ballentine of Springfield, Missouri, Jude of Springfield, Missouri, Delya of Springfield, Missouri and Bennie Johnson of Springfield, Missouri; and his siblings, Tom Johnson (Nigel) of Del Rio, Clifford "Jolly" Johnson of Ava, Missouri, Maggie Hadley (Jim) of Sedan, Kathy Bambery of Sedan, Sally Kennedy (Bob) of Sedan and Ginger Harmon of Bradleyville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and nephews.
