She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James M. Garner and Thelma Lee Garner (Newsome); her husband Chester W. Fisher; and her children, Eldon Wayne Fisher of Sedan, Kansas, Charlene Rose Davis (Richard) of Sedan, Sandra Louise Wolfe (Dean) of Elk City and Betty Jean Exley (Aaron) of Mena, Arkansas. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren and one great-great- grandchild; many other family and friends.
