We bid farewell to Kathryn Hatten of Sedan, Kansas, born in Kansas City, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 6, 2024 at the age of 57. Kathryn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her father Fred Hughes Efinger. She is survived by: her mother Mary Louise DeWilde Efinger; her son Dameion Eric Hatten; her husband Eric Hatten; her stepdaughter Erica Starks (Charlie); her sisters, Karen Thaler (Susan) and Beverly Russell (Larry); and her grandchildren, Amari Starks and Aubrei Starks.
Her passion for serving the senior community was never more evident than when she managed care at two facilities for well over two years during the Covid outbreak in 2019.
