She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Windsor (Chet) and Dorothy Windsor (Wemmer). She is survived by: her pet Rascal; her son Jeff Stout (Kathy) of Little Elm, Texas; her sister Nina Thompson (Mike) of Aurora, Missouri; her granddaughters, Molly Carden (John) of Topeka and Sarah Fair (Jeremy) of McKinney, Texas; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Dawson Blankenship, Remi Trimble of Topeka, Amelia and Dexter Fair of McKinney, Texas; her great-nephews, Travis Darnall and Derek Darnall; her great-niece Nikki Kennedy (Tony); and also, Xavier of Sedan, Christian, Koltyn, Emma, Willow of Independence, Rylee, Braxtin, Neely of Caney, Trandan and Kymaran of Aurora, Missouri.. She is also survived by nephews, nieces.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Epiphany Episcopal Church (309 W Elm St, Sedan, KS 67361). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Mark Mendenhall Scholarship Fund or the Friends of the Chautauqua County Animal Shelter.
