He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Uhls and Virginia Fern Uhls (Slaughter). He is survived by: his son Ken Uhls of Caney, Kansas; and his brother William "Bill" Uhls of Elgin, Kansas. He is also survived by one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
